Puxton announced as Official Sponsor for the
Bridgwater Food Festival
Puxton Park Proud to Sponsor "Hazy Days" VIP Suite
The Hazy Days music line up is filled with not only international artists but will also showcase some of Weston-super-Mare’s finest home-grown talents.
The main stage, aptly named the ‘Pool Stage’, will be positioned in the heart of the Tropicana and will be host to some great new and upcoming artists as well as those who bring a wealth of musical experience.
On Friday night, the Pool Stage will be home to a very special headline - Recreations; an English musician, Sam Duckworth, formerly known as Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly. Between 2006 and 2010 Duckworth achieved an impressive two top-thirty charting albums with a further four top-forty singles. Recreations will be performing songs from his debut album ‘Baby Boomers 2’, which was released in April 2016, and promises to be completely unmissable.
On Saturday night, the Pool stage is being left in the capable hands of local favourites, The Leylines. For those of you who haven’t already seen the The Leylines perform, they bring a unique blend of Folk and Punk and are fronted by the band’s lead songwriter Steve Mitchell. Similar to Recreations, The Leylines will also be promoting their debut album, ‘Along the Old Straight Track’, which was also released in April 2016.
Finally, on Sunday, the ‘Pool’ has given up to British duo, The Lipinski Band; two brothers who combine the attitude of Oasis with the softer delicate harmonies of The Beatles. With the Lipinski Band being very experienced in the local music scene and having received great reviews from the likes of BBC Radio 6, they promise to bring the weekend home with a bang.
Along with the music, we have teamed up with reputable artists from around the world who will be plastering the Tropicana with art again and creating a unique gallery to live up to the name Banksy gave Weston-super-Mare and the Tropicana with his Dismaland exhibition last year.
Hazy Days is free to the everyone over 16 years old. However, there has been a great interest in the weekend already so reserve you tickets now on the link below for priority entry until we reach capacity.
However, if you are 18+ and want guaranteed entry, access to the VIP bars and celebrity treatment throughout the weekend, buy yourself VIP tickets for only £20 for a day or £50 for the weekend. The VIP suite is being Sponsored by Puxton Park.

Puxton Park, in Hewish, held its annual bonfire and firework display on Saturday and attracted a record 3237 spectators.
The attraction says usually 1,000 pre-sale tickets are sold but this year 2,480 tickets were sold in advance with a further 757 sold on the door.
Puxton’s Alistair Mead says he was overwhelmed with the support to the event, which attracted families from as far afield as Wales, Exeter and Cheltenham.
Mr Mead said: “We have been inundated with positive messages of support praising us for our fantastic firework display.
“Year on year we aim to put on a better display than the previous year, and this display was truly tremendous.
“As an attraction we are continuing to draw people to the West Country which is fantastic for the local economy as a whole and we hope this trend continues for many years to come.”
Puxton Park has welcomed 175,860 visitors from January to October and was also ranked in the top 20 tourist attractions across the South West this summer by Visit England.
PUXTON Park has recorded its busiest ever Halloween Fright Week with visitors flocking from all over the country to see its first ever witches coven.
The spooky coven was unveiled especially for the Halloween half term and even saw a new wicked witch recruited especially for the role.
In addition to the creepy coven, Puxton offered visitors a Dracula's Bat Cave with spooky story time, a scarecrow trail, skeleton maze, ghost train and spooky trailer.
The Adventure Park says visitor numbers this week were their best yet in seven years for Halloween Half Term, and even attracted a visit from rugby legend Jonny Wilkinson and his family.
Puxton’s Alistair Mead says the surge in increased visitor numbers has been an ongoing trend throughout 2015, with 125,000 visitors recorded from January to July alone.
The park was also ranked in the top 20 tourist attractions across the South West this summer by Visit England, as part of the Annual Tourism Survey.
Mr Mead said: “This year has been an exceptional in terms of the number of visitors descending from all over the country to see our new attractions.
“We have been overwhelmed with the continued volume of visitors through our doors and this trend has continued with a record Halloween half term week.
“In addition we held more evening discos this year that completely sold out, which is fantastic and we would like to thank everyone for their continued support.
